How we handle the limited information collected through this site.
This website is operated by Dude's Dent Removal. We keep data collection to a minimum: there are no accounts to create, we don't run ads, and we never sell or rent your information. This page explains what little we do collect and why.
Information you give us
When you submit the quote or contact form, you provide your name, contact details (phone and/or email), your city or ZIP, and a description of the damage and vehicle. We use a form-delivery service ( Web3Forms) that emails those submissions directly to us. We use the information only to respond to your request and provide a quote.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies (such as _ga) and collects aggregate data like the pages you visit, your approximate location, your device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. We may also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless. This data is used in aggregate to improve the site — it isn't used to identify you personally.
Cookies & your choices
The only cookies this site sets are for Google Analytics. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics entirely with Google's opt-out browser add-on. The site — including both forms — works normally with cookies blocked.
Who we share information with
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that make the site work:
- Web3Forms — delivers form submissions to our email.
- Google Analytics — website traffic measurement.
- Cloudflare — site hosting and (optional) cookieless analytics.
We may also disclose information if required by law. For hail insurance claims, any details you choose to share are used only to help with your repair and claim.
Data retention
Form submissions arrive as email and are kept as long as needed to serve you and for our normal business records. Analytics data is retained according to Google's standard retention settings.
Children
This site is intended for adults seeking auto repair services. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
