The repair process
PDR removes minor dents without damaging the paint. Here’s the general process — best suited to small and medium dents with no paint damage.
01Access & Prep
Gain access behind the dent — sometimes by removing interior panels or trim, or through existing openings. Then clean the area to remove dirt, grease, and wax.
02Apply Pressure
Using specialized rods and tabs, apply controlled pressure to massage the dent out from the inside. This takes skill and precision to avoid further damage.
03Finishing Touches
Once the dent is mostly removed, fine-tune the surface with blending techniques for a seamless finish — without compromising the existing paint.
04Clean & Reassemble
Clean, polish, and wax the surface to remove any residue, then reassemble any panels or trim for a factory finish.
